Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

Unfortunately as soon as the order has been placed, we cannot offer any refunds.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to process any refunds. 

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if theres any issue with your product and you want to exchange or discuss it - please contact our support team at Contactlayali.uk@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours to assist with the process. 

What types of Payment do you accept?

What are your shipping options?

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged? 

 We take great care in making sure your order is efficientlypackaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
