Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to process any refunds for returned items.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for items that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please notify us within 28 days of placing your order to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contactlayali.uk@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
